The Fertility Mindfulness programme is a six-week course that connects couples undergoing fertility treatment. It can clear your head, give you clarity and help refocus your energy. It can also help you celebrate the small things, bringing you that step closer to your goal.

Feeling relaxed, feeling stronger

We recognise that staying relaxed is an important part of your fertility journey. That’s why our Fertility Mindfulness programme will teach you techniques to help take the stress away and help you feel balanced. You’ll also get first-hand support from our fertility specialist and professional clinicians who will listen and offer advice when it’s needed.

We know that trying to make a baby is an emotional experience. These feelings can be overpowering and all consuming. It can be challenging to think of anything else, which is why it’s important to not only look after your body, but your mind too.

A six-week programme of two-hour sessions covering:

  • Relaxation techniques
  • Mindfulness
  • Yoga
  • Self-awareness
  • Dealing with emotions
  • Meeting couples on a similar journey
  • Professional support and understanding of fertility treatment and techniques
